CUSTOMISATION TECHNIQUES AND FINISHES

CTP METHOD

We make each item even more unique thanks to various customisation technique

IML (In-Mould Labelling)

This technology allows the insertion inside the mould of a label made of the same material as the product with which it is melted, becoming one with it, guaranteeing food contact and durability over time, thanks to the guaranteed protection from UV rays. It is also more easily recyclable than other types of labels.

Tumbling and polishing

Some items, such as jewellery elements, are subjected to these processes to guarantee a transparent effect, similar to glass, but without its fragility. These processes are carried out internally in our dedicated department.

Pad printing, plotter printing, screen printing

These are printing techniques created by our suppliers (annually audited according to the IFS standard) up to a maximum of four colours on any type of surface and size.

Painting and metallisation

The covers of our scented items are customised by our suppliers with paints and countless effects.

Engraving or relief

The engraved or embossed logo specified by the customer is made directly in the mould during construction.
