IDEA AND STUDY
The input can and, in fact, it often does, come from the customer’s idea. Starting from that, our graphic office develops presentations to give the proposal a concrete form. Alternatively, we start from a design, also supplied directly by the customer. RAPID PROTOTYPING
When the customer chooses the item, our specialised technical office creates a prototype, so that it can provide a real and tangible idea of what the product will look like once it is made. If necessary, we also offer the possibility of creating a pilot mould to test colours and possible fragrances.
MOULD AND PRODUCTION
Once the final sample has been approved, our mechanical workshop takes care of making the production mould. Then, we proceed with the entire production, carefully supervised by the quality control and by our operators within the moulding department.
FINISHED ARTICLE
The printed product is subjected to various finishing processes (painting, pad printing, plotter printing, metallisation…).
PACKAGED ITEM
The item is assembled and packaged in our packaging department or at our supply chain.
