Virgin Plastics

We select the best raw materials, in rigid or soft plastic for moulding: Methacrylate (PMMA),polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), ABS, SMMA, polycarbonate (PC), nylon, EVA, thermoplastic rubber (SEBS), rubber, recycled and organic plastic.

We have in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of each polymer and guide our customers in choosing the most suitable material for their project. We only purchase materials that have the certificate of analysis and all the certifications necessary to pass our incoming inspection.

RECYCLED PLASTIC

Since the 1990s, we have experimented with the production of new articles obtained from 100% post-consumer recycled materials, thanks to synergies with local companies and collection and recycling centres in the area.

Then, we refined our moulding technique and the creation of the moulds necessary for the production of quality products with these materials, aware that waste should actually be seen as a resource, as a product that can be reused and re-entered into the economic system.

This activity is essential to help safeguard the planet, as it reduces the consumption of raw materials (oil), the use of energy and CO2 emissions.

For this material, we have developed a special range of colours in constant evolution.

Food contact is not foreseen for these materials.

ORGANIC PLASTIC

Our portfolio of ecological plastics also consists of materials deriving from renewable sources.

Organic plastics maintain the same applications and technical characteristics as conventional polyethylene, but contribute to climate protection, as greenhouse gas emissions, especially CO2, are reduced compared to the use of raw materials from synthetic sources.

This organic plastic is suitable for food contact.

Scented plastic

In 2000, we started the production of scented plastic items for cars and small environments.

These articles allow to insert the essence directly into the raw material through a mechanical procedure; in this way, the fragrance is released gradually over time. We have developed a large olfactory library, made up of various fragrances, or we can use essences supplied directly by the customer.
